PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT
Traffic Delays - Bell Road and Summer Street

Thursday, September 14, 2006-- Motorists are advised to expect traffic delays today at the intersection of Bell Road and Summer Street in Halifax due to re-paving work at that location.

Also, motorists are advised to exercise extreme caution when traveling in the construction zone, and if possible, to choose another travel route to avoid delays.
