Change of Start Time- Halifax Regional Council

(Friday, November 3/06)-- Residents are advised that the Halifax Regional Council meeting on Tuesday, November 7th will begin at 3:00 p.m., following the Committee of the Whole meeting scheduled for 2:00 p.m.

The meetings will not be broadcast by Eastlink television.
