Free Chain Saw Safety & Maintenance Workshop -

Saturday, April 28 from 9-12

(Friday, April 13, 2007) - There will be a free Chainsaw Safety & Maintenance Workshop sponsored by the Nova Scotia Chapter Canadian Society of Safety Engineering and the Halifax Regional Safe Communities Network to be held as follows:

When:   Saturday, April 28
Time:     9:00 a.m. - 12:00 noon
Where:  Knightsridge Fire Station, 45 Knightsridge Drive

The program is presented by Tommy Harper and will include hazard awareness, personal protective equipment, chainsaw maintenance, and sharpening.
