ALL HRM Supervised Beaches Open to Swimmers

(Friday, August 24/2007)-- The HRM-supervised portion of Cunard Beach, on Williams Lake, in Halifax, and Springfield Beach, Sackville, have been re-opened to swimmers.

As a result, all of HRM’s supervised beaches remain open to swimmers.

HRM thanks the public for its cooperation and apologizes for any inconvenience during the periods of closure.
