Volunteer Conference in HRM

(Wednesday, November 7, 2007) - HRM's Community Development will host its 7th Annual Volunteer Conference, Volunteers Create Community, on November 23-24 at the Holiday Inn Harbourview, Dartmouth.

The two-day conference will offer a wide selection of interactive and informative sessions including Operating a Facility, Partnerships, Organizing Community Events, Funding -the Art of Grant Writing, Marketing & Promotion, Organizing Public Engagement and many more. Many networking and social opportunities will also be offered.
