HRM To Make Presentation to Commons Finance Committee

(Wednesday, December 5/07)-- Chief Administrative Officer, Dan English, will make a presentation on behalf of the Halifax Regional Municipality to the Commons Standing Committee on Finance tomorrow morning in Halifax at the Westin Hotel.

The Committee is holding a series of public meetings across the country in advance of preparation of the next Federal Budget.

Copies of the HRM presentation to the Committee will be available to the media at the hotel prior to Mr. English beginning his remarks before the Committee at 9 a.m.
