Regional Council and Committee of the Whole Meetings - Cancelled

(Monday,February 11/08)-- In light of the passing last evening of Councillor Gary Martin, Halifax Regional Council has agreed to cancel this week's regularly scheduled Council meeting and the Committee of the Whole Meeting, which was originally scheduled for 10 a.m. Tuesday morning. It will be rescheduled at a later date.

Two public hearings, previously scheduled for tomorrow evening's Council meeting, will also be rescheduled to a later date.
