Victoria Day Collection Notice

(Thursday, May 15/08) - Residents of HRM are reminded that regular municipal collection services will be provided on Victoria Day, Monday, May 19th, 2008. Collection of garbage, organics or recyclables normally scheduled on Victoria Day, Monday, May 19th will occur as usual.

The Otter Lake Waste Processing and Disposal Facility, the two Composting Facilities and the HRM Recycling Plant at 50 Chain Lake Drive will be open on Victoria Day, Monday, May 19th with normal operating hours.

The Halifax Regional Municipality's residential Household Hazardous Waste (HHW) Depot will be OPEN Saturday, May 17th and Saturday, May 24th from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
