Councillors Urge Support for Bluenose Marathoners

(Friday, May 16/08)-- Three Councillors have picked their locations to gather with residents and cheer on those participating in the annual Bluenose International Marathon this weekend.

Councillor Dawn Sloane (Halifax Downtown) will be in front of the YMCA on South Park Street; Councillor Patrick Murphy (Halifax North End) will be in front of the Hydrostone Market near Young Street and Councillor Jim Smith (Albro Lake-Harbourview) will be at the top of Nantucket Street in Dartmouth.
