Halifax Regional Fire and Emergency and the "Typically Canadian Group" unite in the fight against Cancer
(Wednesday, July 9, 2008) - On Friday, July 11th , "The Typically Canadian Tribute Tour" cycles into Halifax to pay tribute to community members and raise money for the fight against cancer.
The Typically Canadian Group (TCG) is four young men who began their gruelling 8200 km bicycle ride across Canada in Port Renfrew, BC on May 2nd . They are highlighting stories of "Typical" Canadians and their families who have inspired others with their courageous battle with cancer.
