Bus Routes to short-turn before Eastern Passage during Saturday's Parade

(Friday, August 8, 2008) As a result of the parade planned for Eastern Passage from approximately 10 AM - 12 Noon on Saturday, August 9, 2008, Metro Transit will be required to short- turn bus routes, which regularly serve the Passage, at the Auto Port. Buses will not be able to service Cow Bay Road, Caldwell Road, Shore Road, and from Auto Port to Quigley's Corner on Main Road, while the parade is in progress. Transit passengers will be required to proceed to the stop at Howard Ave. (Auto Port) inbound to access the bus. Passengers traveling outbound should plan to make arrangements to disembark at same location, until the parade concludes.

Metro Transit regrets any inconvenience this may cause to passengers.
