Fall and Winter Community Recreation Registration

to begin August 13 & 14

 

(August 11, 2008) Registration for hundreds of Fall and Winter recreation programs will begin this week. HRM offers quality and affordable recreation programs throughout the municipality’s recreation centres. To ease the registration process, different programs will be available for enrollment on different days as follows.

Wednesday, August 13 - starting at 10 AM
Registration available for Adult, Aquatics and Fall Skating Programs.

Thursday, August 14 - starting at 10 AM
Registration available for ALL other Fall and Winter Programs, excluding Winter Skating.

Monday, December 15 - starting at 10 AM
Registration available for Winter Skating Programs

How to register? Three registration options are available including:

* convenient online registration at www.halifax.ca/RecConnect
* the recreation info line at 490-6666
* in person at your local recreation centre. A complete listing of the Centres can be found in the Blue Pages, Municipal Government Section of your Aliant telephone directory.

The printed version of the Fall and Winter Community Recreation Catalogue is now available online or for pick up at your local HRM Recreation Centre, HRM library, HRM customer service centre and all HRM Sobeys locations.
