Are You on the Voters List?

(Monday, August 18, 2008) - Halifax Regional Municipality wants your voting experience for the 2008 Municipal and School Board elections on Saturday, October 18th to be as easy and convenient as possible. Being on the voters list will mean that you receive your voter notification letter outlining all your voting options, including your electronic PIN to enable you to participate in HRM's e-voting pilot.

That's why it's important to make sure your name is on the voters list.

HRM is currently revising its List of Electors. Have you recently moved to HRM or turned 18? Have you moved within HRM? Has someone in your household left HRM or passed away? If you answered yes to any of these questions, it's important you contact the HRM elections office to make those revisions.
