Property Tax Bills Delivered to HRM Residents by the End of August

(Tuesday, August 19, 2008) -- Property owners in HRM will receive their municipal property tax bills beginning August 21, 2008, until the end of the month. The Property Tax Bill payment deadline is Tuesday, September 30, 2008.

In June of 2008, HRM implemented a new technology to calculate the data for each municipal tax bill. This new software will improve the future of property management information and allow HRM to better calculate the cost of services.
