HRM to Host E-Voting Demo

(Tuesday, September 23/08)---- HRM and Intelivote Systems will demonstrate how the e-voting process will work for the Municipal and School Board elections next month.

When:   Thursday, September 25, 2008

Time:     11 a.m.

Where:  Media Room, Lower Level City Hall, 1841 Argyle Street

During the advanced voting e-voting period from October 4 - 6, voters will have the option of voting from the comfort of their own homes by internet or phone. HRM is among the first municipality in Nova Scotia to offer the option of e-voting.
