Temporary Closure of Chebucto Road

 

(Thursday, September 25, 2008)– Motorists are advised that Chebucto Rd. from Mumford Rd to Connaught Ave. will be closed to through traffic Saturday September 27th from 8 am-7 pm, weather permitting.

This closure is necessary in order to excavate and reconstruct Chebucto Rd. between William Hunt and Mumford Road.

Inbound motorists are asked to please use Quinpool Rd and Connaught Ave. Outbound motorists are asked please to use Connaught Ave., Bayers Rd and Joseph Howe Drive as alternate routes.

Local traffic exiting onto Chebucto Rd. from side streets , between William Hunt and Connaught Avenue, will be directed inbound toward Connaught Ave.

HRM apologizes for any inconvenience this necessary temporary street closure may cause.
