HRM Hosts National Safe Communities Canada Day

(Tuesday, September 30, 2008) - Halifax Regional Municipality=s Safe Communities Network will host the 2nd annual National Safe Communities Canada Day at the Sir John A. MacDonald High School.

Mayor Kelly will be present proclaiming National Safe Communities Canada Day and there will be several safety related exhibitors on hand, as well as a demonstration of vehicle extrication by Halifax Regional Fire & Emergency.
