HRM's Firefighter Recruitment Process

(Monday, November 10/08) - HRM recognizes the seriousness of the concerns surrounding its firefighter recruitment process and is making every effort to address those concerns.

"HRM is conducting a full review of the recruitment process, and the means by which those services were procured," says Dan English, CAO of the Halifax Regional Municipality. "HRM's main concern is the integrity of the process."

Full details from the review are expected in the next couple of weeks.
