Upper Water Street Lane Closure

(Wednesday, January 14, 2009)- Motorists are advised that Harbour Solutions Project related work has closed the 2 southbound lanes of Upper Water St. in the area of the Halifax wastewater treatment facility and HMCS Scotian.

The 2 northbound lanes are being utilized to allow for two lane, 2 way traffic flow during this road work.

The expected duration of the work is approximately 3 days.

Experienced traffic control personnel will be on-site to ensure smooth traffic flow. On site personnel will also maintain communication with local residents and businesses to help minimize disruption.
We apologize for any inconvenience this necessary Harbour Solutions Project work may cause.
