HRM Funds Dalhousie Re-Turf Project

(Thursday, January 15, 2009) Halifax Regional Municipality (HRM) will present Dalhousie University with $150,000 tomorrow toward funding the new all-weather turf recently installed at Dalhousie's Wickwire Field.

The re-turf funding includes a service level agreement exchange between HRM and Dalhousie to ensure access to an agreed-upon number of hours for community and recreation usage.

The presentation will take place at approximately 7:34 PM at the Dalplex basketball courts before the Dalhousie Men's basketball game on Friday, January 16.
