Fairview Overpass Restrictions Reinforced

(Wednesday, February 11, 2009) - An unused lane of the Fairview overpass is being blocked with concrete barriers to ensure vehicles do not drive on that section. Access to this inbound lane is already restricted, however it is currently designated with painted lines only. Work to place the barriers will begin after the morning rush hour at approximately 9:30 am on Wednesday February 11. 2009. There will be some traffic interruption while the barriers are being placed but it is anticipated they will be installed before noon. Once the barriers are in place no further traffic complications are expected.
