Easter Collection Notice

(Tuesday, April 7/09) - Residents of HRM are advised that there will be no collection of organics, recyclables or garbage on Good Friday, April 10th. Collection services for that day will be provided on Saturday, April 11th.

Regular collection services will be provided on Easter Monday, April 13th.

The Otter Lake Facility will be closed on Good Friday, April 10th and Easter Sunday, April 12th, but will be open regular hours on Saturday, April 11th and Easter Monday, April 13th.

The HRM Recycling Plant will be closed on Good Friday, April 10th and Easter Sunday, April 12th, but will be open on Saturday, April 11th and Easter Monday, April 13th with regular operating hours.

Residents are also advised that HRM’s residential Household Hazardous Waste (HHW) Depot will be closed Saturday, April 11th, but will be open on Saturday, April 18th from 9 a.m to 4 p.m.
