Highway#111 Temporary Lane Closure

(Tuesday, April 14, 2009) – Motorists are advised that one east bound lane of Highway# 111 in the area of the bridge over Lake Banook will be closed to allow for removal of the temporary sand bag dam currently in Lake Banook. This lane closure is expected to be in place for the rest of this week.

The lane closure will be in effect from 7:00am to 3:00pm.

Motorists are asked to use extreme caution when driving through the work zone and use alternate routes if possible.

Halifax Water and HRM apologize for any inconvenience this necessary work may cause.
