In an effort to encourage municipal staff to use sustainable modes of transportation for commuting to work, HRM has developed a program where Smart Cars will be available for staff to use during the work day for meetings, site visits, etc.. Starting on April 23nd, 2009 three Smart Cars will be available for use by HRM staff, one will be located at the Eric Spicer Building on Mount Hope Avenue, one at Duke Tower and one at Alderney Gate.
