Proposed Budget for 2009/2010

(Friday, May 8, 2009) - The Halifax Regional Municipality’s proposed budget for 2009/2010 will be tabled at 6 PM on Tuesday, May 12. Before Regional Council meets, a briefing by staff will be held for the media.

This year, for the first time, we have prepared CDs of the Budget Book for you. Hard copies will be available for your reference during the briefing only.

All information about the budget is embargoed until such a time as the Regional Council has had the budget tabled.
