Nightly Street Cleaning to Begin

(Tuesday, May 19, 2008) - Nightly street cleaning begins this week throughout the Halifax peninsula. Drivers are advised to take note of street signs indicating days and times of cleaning and to remove their vehicles from the side of the street as required.

Failure to remove vehicles can result in a ticket. Streets are cleaned between 12:01 a.m. and 8 a.m. on designated streets where signs are posted.
