Groundbreaking Ceremony for New Dutch Settlement Fire Station

(Wednesday, June 3, 2009)- The official ground-breaking ceremony for the new Dutch Settlement Fire Station will take place in Dutch Settlement this Friday.

Mayor Peter Kelly, District 1 Councillor Steve Streatch and Halifax Regional Fire & Emergency are expected to attend.

When:   Friday, June 5, 2009

Time:     6:00 p.m.

Where:  600 Highway 277 Dutch settlement

Residents of the Dutch Settlement area are invited to attend the ceremony which will be followed by a cake cutting.
