West End Halifax Water Main Renewal

(Friday, November 13, 2009) – Motorists are advised that Halifax Water will be completing a water main renewal at the intersection of Bayers Road and Micmac Street on Sunday, November 15, 2009.

Traffic flow will be reduced to one inbound lane and one outbound lane on Bayers Road from Romans Avenue to Connaught Avenue from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Motorists should expect delays and are requested to use alternate routes. Motorists are also reminded to use extreme caution when driving near the work zone.

Some customers will experience a loss of water service during this work. The project contractor will be in direct communication with those customers.

Halifax Water regrets any inconvenience this necessary infrastructure improvement work may cause.
