Contemporary Visual Art Award
Public Exhibition of Short-listed Works

(Thursday, June 17, 2010) - Mayor Peter Kelly and Members of Halifax Regional Council invite residents to view a Public Exhibition of the Short-listed Works for HRM's Second Annual Contemporary Visual Art Award.

Short-listed artists are:
David Ross Harper
Jessica Hein
Kyle Monchuk
Sara Hartland-Rowe
Aaron Weldon

The exhibit is in the Chase Exhibit Room of the Nova Scotia Archives, 6016 University Avenue, Halifax.

Exhibit Opening - Monday, June 21st from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m.

The exhibit runs from June 22nd until July 29th, inclusive. Hours of public access are:

8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday
8:30 a.m. - 9 p.m. Wednesdays
9 a.m.- 5 p.m. Saturdays
