Ernst Mill Bridge Construction Begins Wednesday

(Tuesday, July 27, 2010) Bridge construction will take place at the Ernst Mill Bridge on the North Preston/Lake Major Road starting tomorrow (July 28) to September 2, 2010. The project will mean a road closure from Johnson to Crane Hill to all but local traffic. A detour is in place.

Metro Transit will use the detour route during this time and will temporarily close stops between Johnson and Crane Hill for the duration of the construction.

Motorists are requested to use posted detour routes. For more information on the construction project and a map of the detour please visit www.halifax.ca.
