Road Construction - Windgate Drive, Sackville

(Thursday, September 9, 2010) - Attention motorists, road construction will require the closure of Windgate Drive between Ashlea Drive and Cumberland Way on Sunday, September 12, 2010.

The hours of work will be 7AM-7PM.

This work is to allow for the replacement of a culvert.

Experienced traffic control personnel will be on-site to ensure smooth traffic flow. On site personnel will also maintain communication with local residents and businesses to help minimize disruption.
Motorists are asked to use alternate routes and to proceed carefully near the work zone. Motorists are also reminded that speed fines double in work zones.

Halifax Water apologizes for any inconvenience this necessary infrastructure work may cause.
