Public Meeting Tonight on Northwest Arm Shoreline Restoration

(December 15, 2010) - HRM staff will be on hand tonight (Dec. 15) to present findings and answer questions regarding the "Northwest Arm Shoreline Restoration Study" consultant’s report.

The meeting, hosted by District 17 Councillor Linda Mosher, will be held at St. John the Baptist Church Hall, 26 Purcell's Cove Road, Halifax at 6:30 pm. Parking is available on-site.

The report was produced by the Coldwater Consulting Ltd. Group. It addresses the 2.2 kilometres of deteriorating seawalls along Horseshoe Island, Regatta Point and Sir Sandford Fleming Park.
