"A" New Year's Eve Event

(December 23, 2010) HRM’s New Year’s Eve show is back again this year with the same high-energy event that New Year’s Eve revellers have come to expect. “A” New Year’s Eve Program will start at 9:30 pm on December 31 in Grand Parade with live entertainment from the stage and the TV portion of the show going live to air at 10 pm.

This year, the Breakfast Television (BT) New Year's Eve event will pay tribute to the 2011 Halifax Canada Winter Games by recognizing the many athletes, volunteers, supporters and citizens who will help to make this the best Canada Winter Games ever.

Hosted by BT personalities, this year's entertainment features Telfer, The Stanfields, Matt Andersen, Jimmy Rankin, and Gordie Sampson.

The BT New Year’s Eve Show will be broadcast in its entirety on channel "A", December 31 from 10 pm to 12:10 am.
