Solid Waste Facilities Closed Thursday, February 3

Thursday, 3 February 2011 --  All solid waste facilities owned or operated under contract by HRM are CLOSED today.  These solid waste facilities will be OPEN regular weekday hours this Saturday, February 5, 2011 (to make up for today's closure).

This impacts the following facilities: Otter Lake Waste Management Facility at 600 Otter Lake Dr., Materials Recovery Facility at 20 Horseshoe Lake Dr., New Era Composting Facility at 61 Evergreen Place and Miller Composting Facility at 80 Gloria McCluskey Ave.
