HRM Snow Event Clearing Update

(Tuesday, February 8, 2011 - 4 pm) The snowfall in HRM has ended for the most part, but there are a few more centimetres expected late this evening and overnight.

Priority 1 streets are mostly now clear and will be completed this evening. Work on P2 streets will start shortly and be completed overnight.

Sidewalk operations will be underway in all areas by 5 pm. Bus stop clearing operations will be done overnight.

Capital district clearing operations will resume tomorrow (Feb. 9) night.
