August 26 Tunes at Noon Concert Cancelled

Halifax, NS, August 26, 2011 - Due to the forecast of thunder showers and rain, today’s Tunes at Noon concert with The Urban Surf Kings is cancelled.
Upcoming concerts include:

August 31 - Matt Reid
September 1 - Smokin’ Contra Band
September 2 - Mike Trask
September 8 - Daniel Matto
September 9 - Three Sheet

Tunes at Noon is a free, outdoor concert series, featuring Nova Scotian performers from a wide range of musical genres. Concerts take place three times a week at 12:00 Noon - 1:00 pm in Grand Parade in Halifax. The series runs until September 9, 2011.

Tunes at Noon is presented by Premier Presenter Halifax Chamber of Commerce, Councillor Dawn Sloane, Downtown Halifax Business Commission, Centre for Arts and Technology and the Halifax Regional Municipality Cultural Affairs, in association with Music Nova Scotia; and with the support of C100 and The Coast.
