Halifax Central Library Groundbreaking Ceremony

Halifax, Nova Scotia, November 4, 2011 - The Honourable Peter MacKay, Minister of National Defence and the Honourable John MacDonell, Minister of Service Nova Scotia and Municipal Relations will join His Worship Peter Kelly, Mayor of the Halifax Regional Municipality (HRM), for a groundbreaking ceremony at the Halifax Central Library construction site.
