Black Rock Beach and Dingle Beach reopen to swimming

Friday, July 5, 2013 (Halifax, NS) - Please be advised that Black Rock Beach and Dingle Beach have reopened for swimming. Bacteria levels were found to be within Health Canada safety standards.
