Kinsmen Beach reopens to swimming

Tuesday, July 9, 2013 (Halifax, NS) - Please be advised that Kinsmen Beach on First Lake in Lower Sackville has reopened for swimming. Bacteria levels were found to be within Health Canada safety standards.
