Continuing Road Construction – Joe Howe Drive

Thursday, September 12, 2013 (Halifax, NS) – Today, Thursday September 12 there will be road construction on Joe Howe Drive from the Armdale Rotary (Roundabout) to Springvale Avenue.

During this time there will be lane drops in place. Motorists are advised to expect delays and are requested to find alternate routes. HRM apologizes in advance for any inconvenience these delays may cause.
