HRM’s Facility Scheduling Staff relocating to Alderney Gate – 40 Alderney Drive, Dartmouth

Monday, December 23, 2013 - HRM citizens are advised that on Wednesday, January 8, Community Recreation Services will be relocating the Facility Scheduling Offices currently located at 81 Ilsley Ave, to Alderney Gate at 40 Alderney Drive in Dartmouth. This permanent move includes staff from the former Bell Road Office in Halifax.

Scheduling staff will continue to serve the public at the Alderney Gate location, Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Contact information for the Halifax scheduling staff, including phone numbers and email addresses, has not changed. Facility scheduling staff will make every effort to minimize service disruption to customers. To book or inquire about an HRM sports facility, arena, special event site or Halifax Regional School Board (HRSB) facility, call the facility scheduling hotline at 490-7100.

HRM regrets any inconvenience as a result of this relocation and looks forward to serving citizens from the new Dartmouth office.
