Road Construction - Main Road, Shearwater

Tuesday, June 25, 2013 (Halifax, NS) - Beginning Wednesday, June 26th, road construction will take place on Main Road near Hines Road in Shearwater as part of a Halifax Water sewer upgrade project.

The work is expected to take approximately 3 days. Two lanes are expected to be maintained at all times on Main Road, and no on street work will take place on Main Road between the hours of 7 a.m. – 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. – 6 p.m.

Road users are encouraged to find alternate routes where possible and to proceed with caution through the work zone.

Halifax Water and HRM apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause.
