Road Construction Kearney Lake Road

Friday, September 27, 2013 (Halifax, NS) - On Sunday, September 29, starting at 6 a.m., Kearney Lake Road will be closed at the intersection of Bluewater Road until Monday, September 30 at 6 a.m. This will be to facilitate excavations that are required to install a water main. During the closure, access to Bluewater Road between Hammond Plains Road and Kearney Lake Road will be from Hammonds Plains Road only. Access to Bluewater Road south of Kearney Lake Road will be from Kearney Lake Road westbound only.

As well, Kearney Lake Road will be closed from Bluewater Road to Blue Mountain Road from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. starting Monday, September 30 until approximately Tuesday, October 15, to install the remainder of the pipe.

Halifax Water and HRM apologizes in advance for any inconvenience these delays may cause.
