Temporary street closure - Barrington Street, Sunday, January 20

Wednesday, January 16, 2013 (Halifax, NS) – On Sunday, January 20, 2013, equipment on the roof of a building along Barrington Street will be replaced. The crane setup to facilitate this lift will require a temporary closure of Barrington Street between Duke and George streets from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.

The street closure affects all motorists, cyclists and pedestrians. All users are encouraged to find alternate routes.

This work is weather dependent. The alternate date for this lift (if required) will be Sunday, January 27, 2013.
