Continuing Road Construction - Main Street

Thursday, June 12, 2014 (Halifax, NS) – The Halifax Regional Municipality is advising residents that asphalt repairs will continue on Main Street today, June 12, between Caledonia Road and Gordon Avenue.

Crews will be working from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Traffic will be reduced to one lane during those hours. Motorists can expect some delays and are asked to use alternative routes whenever possible.

This ongoing patching work is required to address problem potholes that needed repeated patching throughout the winter season.

The municipality apologizes in advance for any inconvenience this work may cause.
