Continuing Road Construction - Young Street

Monday, Sept. 8, 2014 (Halifax, NS) – The Halifax Regional Municipality is advising residents that work to connect water and sewer pipes on Young Street in Halifax is continuing this week between Windsor Street and Monaghan Drive.

Crews will be working every day from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. There will be stop-and-go traffic during those hours. Motorists should expect delays and are asked to use alternative routes, if possible.

This work is expected to last until at least Friday, Sept. 12. The municipality apologizes in advance for any inconvenience this may cause.
