Metro Transit Bus Service Will Resume Early Thursday, March 27

Wednesday, March 26, 2014 (Halifax, NS) – Metro Transit bus service will resume in the Halifax Regional Municipality at its regularly scheduled time on the morning of Thursday, March 27.

Based on the most recent weather forecast, it is expected that some bus routes will operate per the snow plan (http://www.halifax.ca/metrotransit/ssi/documents/SnowPlan2013-14.pdf).

Ferry service continues to operate on its regular schedule.

Residents can access updates regarding service on Metro Transit’s website at http://www.halifax.ca/metrotransit/Schedules/index.asp, via @hfxtransit and @hfxgov on Twitter and through Public Service Announcements posted at http://www.halifax.ca/mediaroom/pressrelease/releases.html.
