Road Closure/Construction - Spikenard Street

Monday, Sept. 29, 2014 (Halifax, NS) – The Halifax Regional Municipality is advising residents that beginning Tuesday, Sept. 30, and continuing on Wednesday, Oct. 1, Spikenard Street in Dartmouth will be closed to traffic between Valleyfield Road and Guysborough Avenue to facilitate asphalt paving in the area.

The closure will begin at 7 a.m. each day. The street will reopen to traffic at night at about 7 p.m. Motorists should expect delays in the area and are encouraged to use alternative routes if possible.

The municipality apologizes in advance for any inconvenience this closure or the paving work may cause.
