Road Construction - University Avenue - Canada Day

Friday, June 27, 2014 (Halifax, NS) – With the goal of limiting public disruption and capitalizing on lighter traffic, the Halifax Regional Municipality is advising residents that crews will be doing asphalt patching on University Avenue on Canada Day, Tuesday, July 1.

The work is weather permitting. It will place between Lemarchant Street and South Park Street from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Traffic control measures will be in place during that time. Motorists can expect minor delays and are asked to use alternative routes, if possible.

The municipality apologizes in advance for any inconvenience this work may cause.
