Road Construction on Ilsley Avenue Continuing Through Peak Hours

Wednesday, June 4, 2014 (Halifax, NS) – Due to unforeseen circumstances, the Halifax Regional Municipality is advising residents that crews will need to work through peak traffic hours this afternoon to finish installing a sewer lateral on Ilsley Avenue between Wright Avenue and Raddall Avenue.

As a result, there will be stop-and-go traffic from 4-6 p.m. Motorists should expect delays during that time and are asked to use alternative routes, if possible.

The municipality apologizes in advance for any inconvenience this work may cause.
